After bariatric surgery, it is very easy for people to find themselves in a food rut. They end up eating the same foods over and over again and then they become bored with their foods. This can cause people to stop cooking at home and eating out more often to get that variety of different foods and flavors that they are craving. Do not be afraid to add seasoning and spices to your food or try a new cooking method once you have your procedure.
