- Surround yourself with positive influences: Delete the negativity in your newsfeed (and in real life) and look for positive, healthy, and encouraging people to follow and with whom to spend your time.
- Celebrate small victories: Enjoy life by focusing on what you did right, rather than what you think you messed up.
- Make time for personal development: find good books or podcasts to motivate you and give you practical tips for success in all areas of life. One recommendation is The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy.
