Fall is here and soon it will be time for PUMPKIN EVERYTHING! Did you know that pumpkin is high in vitamin A and fiber, and low in calories and carbohydrates?! Check out the website below for a healthy pumpkin soup recipe that includes steps on how to make your own pumpkin puree! I also love to sneak pumpkin puree into my chili during the fall!
